Cancellation Policy

- All requests for cancellation/transfer of accommodation date should be requested by e-mail (;

- If the request for cancellation/transfer of accommodation date is made 7 days prior check-in (arrival), except during Carnival, Holidays, Holy Days or New Years Eve on, no fee will be charged; - In case of non-attendance/absence (No-Show) and/or cancellation/transfer of accommodation date 6 (six) days prior the check-in (arrival) day, there will be no refund of the amount paid; - Exceptionally, during the period of Low Season (01/03 to 22/12), except on bank holidays, the cancellation/transfer of accommodation date made in the 72 (seventy-two) hours prior to the date set for the check-in, the amount paid, may be converted, once only, into credit for the customer in your next accommodation, through prior reservation and within a maximum of 3 (three) months from the date of deposit made;

- During the period of Carnival, Holidays, Bank Holidays or New Years Eve there will be no refund in case of cancellation or absence;

- Late check-in will not be entitled to a discount;

- Early check-out, for any reason, will not be entitled to a discount/refund of amounts paid, and the remaining balance, if any, must be paid in full or negotiated directly with the pousada;

- Only make your reservation, making the payment, if you agree with the conditions expressed above, and the reservation will ratify your knowledge and agreement with the conditions presented.


- Breakfast, which is included in the daily rate, is served from 7:30 to 10:00. Children up to 5 years old do not pay.

- Room service is arranged every day between late morning and early afternoon. Bed linen are changed every three days and towels are replaced every day.

- Please do not smoke in the rooms. If you are a smoker we can provide you with a smoking ashtray outside the rooms.

- Daily rates start at 14:00 and end at 12:00 the next day. After this time you will be charged another daily rate.

- The end of the daily rate will take place with the final delivery of the key to the reception desk.

- Prices are valid only for common days. Holidays do not follow this price list.

- We are NOT responsible for objects or belongings left inside or outside the common areas of the Pousada, or for objects of value and money inside re rooms. In the absence of guests, the suites must remain locked, their suitcases locked and the keys to the room always remain in their possession, and are therefore their responsibility. In case of loss of the key, the guest will be fully responsible for the costs of replacing it. We do not offer a safe.
